You will be pleased to hear that during August the examination results were published and we are extremely proud of the achievements of all our students.
Our GCSE results were the BEST that we have ever achieved.
HOW DID WE DO?
77% of students achieved 5 or more higher grade GCSE
We have doubled the number of students achieving this figure over the last 4 years
47% of students achieved 5 or more higher grades including English and maths
We have doubled the number of students achieving this figure over the last 3 years
These results were mirrored in the SIXTH FORM with OUR best set of results overall.
All of our year 13 students passed at least one A-Level
Two students obtained AAA with one going to Northumbria University and the other going to Durham University
All of our students who wanted to go to university have been successful
Our students will be starting university courses this autumn in a wide range of subjects across the country
92% of our year 12 students passed at least one AS-Level
