The aim of this is to raise awareness of healthier choices and the focus this year is:-
  • Have Breakfast
  • Get Active
  • Drink Plenty of Water
  • Have 5 a Day
  • Sleep Well
We are supporting this with a range of activities within college including Tutor Time, in both PE and Food Technology and Health & Social Care lessons.  At lunchtime anyone who has the Chef’s Meal of the Day will receive a free bottle of water.  On Thursday we are taking part in a National Cook – a – long
