A Level Results Day – Thursday 13th August 2020
Dear Parent / Carer and Students,
With the key date in August fast approaching I thought I would take this opportunity to go over the plans we have made to celebrate the success of our Year 13 (and 14) students.
Whilst we appreciate that parents may wish to join their child in receiving their results we are asking that students attend school on their own during these unprecedented times. Parents are more than welcome to wait in the car park whilst results are opened and I’m sure they will run out to show you how well they have done.
Students will collect their results and then talk to us about their next steps. We will have Connexions available to support any student who needs further advice and guidance and Mrs Lawlor and I will be there to go over any queries relating to applying to university, changing courses or results in general.
Students can arrive at school from 8.30am and make their way to the LRC where we will be waiting to share their successes. Students must adhere to the social distancing guidelines set out by the school to ensure the safety of both staff and students.
Thank you for your support and understanding.
We look forward to seeing students and sharing in their success.
